Is Knucklehead Liquidators an authorized Harley Davidson Dealer? Does the item come with a warranty?

No we are not an authorized Harley Davidson Dealer, but all items are guaranteed to be new.
 All items are sold “as is”, unless otherwise stated about said item. Knucklehead liquidators does their best to accurately describe each item. If you are not sure that the item will fit your bike, please double check with a dealer to confirm fitment to your bike.

How can I pay for my item?

Knucklehead Liquidators accepts payments via MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover credit/debit cards issued by U.S. Banks. We also payments accept Paypal and Cash in person. International orders from countries other than Canada must be made via PayPal and have a CONFIRMED shipping address. Knucklehead Liquidators will also collect sales tax on items shipped or picked up in Ohio (7.00%).

What is the return policy?

Knucklehead Liquidators return policy gives you 30 days from the date of delivery to return any product, provided it's new, unused and in the original packaging as received.

If an item is opened and brand new you can still return the item for a refund minus the cost of shipping to you.

All return shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Sorry, we cannot accept returns for any reason after 30 days from the date of delivery.

When returning any item you must contact customer service and receive a RGA Number and Form. We also require the customer to clearly write the RGA# on the outside of the box.  No returns will be accepted without a RGA#. If the item is returned and not in 100% new sellable condition, we will credit 75% of the original selling price minus shipping and handling costs
